User Reviews

NutriWalking is praised for being easy to use and motivating, with some value in its weight-management planning. However, recurring issues dominate: hidden fees and add-ons, difficult cancellations and refunds, misleading advertising about Tai Chi Walking, and limited customer support. A minority still finds the app helpful, but billing and misrepresentation concerns drive overall negative sentiment.
Pros
  • Easy to use / user-friendly interface.
  • Motivational and educational, helping me stay focused and learn the why behind the plan.
  • Supports weight-management goals with a simple plan.
  • Some reviewers cite it as free to start and helpful.
Cons
  • Hidden add-ons and recurring charges beyond the initial fee.
  • Difficult cancellation and refunds, with reports of being charged after canceling.
  • Misleading advertising about Tai Chi Walking versus the actual walking plan.
  • Access to workouts often requires additional payments or subscriptions.
  • Poor customer support (primarily email-based) with slow or unresolved responses.

Not at all as advertised and shown in the videos

This app deserves zero star. Be aware they are fraud. I saw an add claiming it’s a walking Ti chi with exercise. In the ad they show you a woman walking and doing Ti Chi exercises. I subscribed for 3 months USD 29.99. Then I received a notification from my bank with extra charges USD 11.99 😳😳 which I didn’t subscribe for. I didn’t receive any emails or confirmations of my purchases. It took them a while to send it. With no explanation of the charges. Then I received a lame app with a lame PDF. You can’t link the app to your account or email you registered with. All you get is a lame walking voice that says walking slowly, walking fast , cooling, warm up. Seriously with no videos to show the ti chi exercises. I contacted the company they respond that they are legit which I doubt and the extra 11.99 USD for fat burner program which I didn’t subscribe from first place. I asked again for refund they told me it’s non refundable!!!! Trust me they are a fraud . How come they charge me extra , refuse to refund and it’s not what they claim. Be aware don’t buy products don’t trust them.

Another app that wants to charge you monthly. Don’t download as it’s another joke app.
