Recent reviews
Despite my best efforts and consistent questions to the developer I had to call it quits. I can use the sliders to change the fasting window, but despite that the clock continues to run. I can’t create custom meals that include all the ingredients I eat for a particular meal. It was suggested that I enter using the manual entry widget but that only captures calories and weight. There is no way to break out the individual foods that make up the calories and get macros. Also the app is not intuitive and embedded documentation is desperately needed.

I really like how it gives you tips and tricks and I also like how it tells you when you’re going to reach your goal. I’ve only started yesterday so I haven’t seen much progress yet, but I’ll come back when I do.
