Một ứng dụng ngân hàng trên điện thoại mà chỉ có duy nhất chức năng cực kỳ cơ bản là: chuyển tiền. Kể cả việc thêm thông tin tài khoản người nhận cũng không thể… Trong khi các ứng dụng mobile banking của các ngân hàng trong nước đã có bao nhiêu là chứng năng tiện dụng. Không hiểu sao một N.H lớn như HSBC lại có ứng dụng ngân hàng tệ như vậy 🤷‍♀️
