Can’t send payments to same as web app. Cannot find whether auto pay is set up for credit card (which now cost me £30 to find out it was no longer set up!!). Just very ordinary and unhelpful.

The app worked great for me until recently. But now it won't work most of the time. I often have to switch my phone off and on to get it to work. And even then it's not guaranteed. This is extremely frustrating because I can't login on my computer without getting the app to work. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still has the same problem.
