2026-02-11	30*****	About every month or so the app kicks me off of it in in order for me to access it again. I have to be at work so that I can receive an email on my work email. I get that we need security but at the same time I need to be able to access pay stubs. The fact that I have to be at work in order to access pay stubs is extremely inconvenient. I thought this app was gonna be good, but it just boot me off all the time and makes me have to re-login every month or so.

2026-01-29	Ho*****	This app doesn’t allow you to change status for your tickets. You also cannot select a different notification sound to make it obvious when this app has an alert. Not ideal for on-call situations.

2025-11-16	ju*****	This app is now banned from my company due to security concerns. The mobile view is just terrible. Phones can take full feature website view but you get forced into mobile view which hides alot.
