User Reviews

Overall, users love kegg for TTC support: it helps predict fertile windows, tracks CM and other cycle data in one easy app, and many have seen pregnancies. The community and devs are also praised. However, some reviews question reliability—data and predictions may be unreliable— and note UX issues after updates, like harder data entry and missing cycle summaries. Value is mixed: some users consider it a worthwhile long-term tool, while others feel it isn’t worth the cost.
Pros
  • Helps TTC by predicting fertile windows; many users report pregnancy after using Kegg.
  • Monitors cervical mucus (CM), a feature some users feel is more effective than LH strips.
  • All-in-one, easy-to-use platform; CM, temperature, cycles, and periods tracked in one app.
  • Easy and convenient to use; reduces the need for daily test sticks.
  • Supportive community and responsive developers; active Facebook group and feedback-driven improvements.
Cons
  • Data accuracy and usefulness concerns; several reviews describe predictions and scores as unreliable or meaningless.
  • UX issues after app redesign; harder to log data and missing cycle summaries, with extra steps to enter data.
  • Mixed perceived value for money; opinions vary between worth the investment and feeling it isn’t worth the cost.

I have PCOS and irregular cycles and couldn’t really predict when I was ovulating. I had been trying for almost a year with no luck. Kegg helped us know when would be the best time to try and after 6 cycles I am now pregnant! Thank you kegg!

I’m on the last screen for why I’m using Kegg and I hit the Lets Keep Rolling button and get the privacy pop up, accept thr pop up and then it’s the same screen. No matter what I do, I can’t continue. Cool waste of money…

I have pcos and struggled for years using lh strips and never got a positive pregnancy test. I bought kegg and conceived the FIRST cycle using it. I had the baby and was never on birth control over 12 months after and never got pregnant. Once we really got serious about trying again I started using kegg and conceived on the FIRST CYCLE again. I really do think kegg is one of the only at home fertility monitors actually worth the money and the best value overall since it is one purchase that can be used indefinitely. Kegg monitors cervical mucus which I think is a lot more effective than lh strips. The app is also really easy to use and works perfectly ,I had no issues on my old phone or my new one.
