What is trackle? trackle is a sensor system for determining your cycle. It measures your basal body temperature overnight and transmits the recorded data easily and reliably to the free app on your smartphone as soon as the sensor is placed in its box.

What can I use trackle for? With trackle, you learn precisely and reliably on which days in your cycle you are fertile - and on which days you are not. Through continuous measurement of core body temperature at night, trackle is particularly accurate and reduces sources of error in the classic temperature method - the need to measure at the same time every morning is eliminated. This allows you to determine your ovulation safely and accurately.

Who is trackle suitable for? trackle is perfectly suited for women with irregular sleep and life rhythms, small children, or difficulties with classic temperature measurement, who still want to use the proven symptothermal methodology because it is hormone-free, safe, and well-researched.

How does trackle work? The trackle sensor is worn vaginally like a tampon at night and records the core body temperature. After getting up, you remove it, clean it, and place it in its box, where it transfers its data. Additionally, you enter other observations and your cervical mucus characteristics in the app. The app then tells you the result: today is a fertile or infertile day.
