I recently stopped using birth control due to some unfavorable side effects, so I was beyond pleased to find Kindara. It was so nice to have choices. Before, I have always felt somewhat afraid of my body because I didn't always know what was going on. But now using the fertility awareness method, I feel empowered, more aware, and in sync with my body and it cycles. And Kindara makes FAM so much easier in its aesthetic and user friendly app. Honestly, it's been a lifesaver and I can't say enough good about it. Thank you Kindara. Update: After many months of successfully Trying To Avoid pregnancy, we decided it was time to Try To Conceive. Thanks to Kindara, there was little guess work and we knew when it was the ideal time to get pregnant the quickest. Now I'll get to see what Kindara is like in pregnancy mode.
