I really enjoyed the Huma Rising meditative experience. The meditations allowed me to find stillness in my body and mind. Even now I find myself using the body scanning method to relax throughout the day. The recordings are gentle and peaceful and provide good information on the topic at hand. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to remain consistent with meditating.

I’ve always had a hard time keeping up with a meditation routine. However, this plan is easy to follow (and forgiving when you have those off days!) The content makes you want to create a daily practice, and better yourself. Thank you so much for all the hard work, preparation, research, and effort that went into recording these!
