The intention of the Bee Mindful app is to provide more people with the healing benefits of Yoga Nidra guided meditations. Yoga Nidra allows us to release deeply held tensions and unhealthy patterns and habits. This practice leads participants through a series of body awareness and breath techniques which helps to effortlessly still the mind and allow for deep rest.
