Having a nice breathing app is important to me. The app I was currently using just wasn’t cutting it. It had some problems and is not being supported. I have spent a lot of time searching around for a decent breathing app that just gets the basics right. Most of them are way too complicated and expensive. This one nails it. Plus I don’t want another subscription to pay for. I love the graphics and the sounds. I only wish it was easier to get to my favorite breathing routines from the Home Screen. This app is a joy to use.

A minimalist approach works well. I wish there was a fully tactile mode that timed exhales as well as inhales. Sometimes it’s nice to breathe with one’s eyes closed.
