Features & Capabilities

Reduce stress and anxiety in just 5 minutes with heart coherence breathing. Simple guided breathing exercises. Feel calmer from the very first session.

Reduce stress and anxiety naturally in just 5 minutes a day with heart coherence breathing.

The simplest and most effective guided breathing app to find calm, improve your sleep, and quiet your mind.

Customize your sessions, practice with your eyes closed thanks to the audio guide, and track your progress easily.

WHY CHOOSE OUR APP? • Full customization: The default session is set to 5 minutes (30 cycles), but you can adjust the duration and the inhale/exhale timing down to the second. • Smart Audio Guide: Distinct sounds for inhale and exhale let you practice with your eyes closed, anywhere, without looking at the screen. • Relaxing Atmosphere: Choose from several soothing soundtracks or enjoy complete silence. • Apple Watch Integration: Thanks to HealthKit, your watch stays active and doesn’t lock during your sessions.

PROVEN BENEFITS:

  • Immediate physical and mental calm
  • Lower cortisol (the stress hormone)
  • Increased serotonin and dopamine
  • Better memory and coordination

Over time, heart coherence delivers benefits similar to meditation. It helps lower blood pressure, reduce symptoms of depression, and improve emotional control.

OUR PRACTICAL TIP: For best results, do 3 sessions of 5 minutes per day (15 minutes total): in the morning when you wake up, during your lunch break, and in the evening to release the day’s tension. Create your own routine based on your needs!

User Reviews

Good app, cannot import my music. Otherwise it does a very good job.

As soon as I opened the Anti-stress breathing app, I knew it would be helpful to me. The app played calming background music. It lets me customize the app to my liking. The only downside to the app was that you were only given a 3-day trial limit before you had to pay. Over the three days of using the app, It gave me multiple timed breathing exercises with soothing background music. After doing the breathing exercises, I felt more relaxed and less stressed. The breathing exercises helped me calm my mind from any outside stressors. This app's methods can benefit anyone dealing with stress or wanting to feel more at ease and relaxed. The breathing exercises this app offers can help with physiological changes like reduced levels of stress hormones in the blood, balanced levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide, and increased feelings of calm and well-being. This can be related to what we learned in class as we have discussed different coping mechanisms and techniques in class when dealing with stress. I think this app would be very beneficial to use as a coping mechanism or technique.
