Users like the app for day-to-day utility, reliable core features, and a clean UI, plus fleet monitoring and frequent updates. However, the app suffers from reliability and data issues: inaccurate vehicle status, flaky connectivity, broken widgets, charging-control quirks, and incomplete integrations (CarPlay/Assistant). Updates can help connectivity, but many still experience lag and inconsistent behavior. Overall, core functionality is solid, but reliability and UX consistency are the main drawbacks.

Recent reviews

I've had my Polestar two performance version for over two years now and enjoy tremendously. The most recent software update messed up the radio widget. It used to show the artist and song whether it was satellite and now it does not
