I don’t know who is rating this app above 3 stars?! Are you even using the app?? You can’t do a thing with it. I can’t even make a dinner reservation. The chat is worthless. I’m signed in. On my phone. And the continues to ask me for the BOOKING NUMBER?!?!?! Are you kidding me? Do you want some constructive feedback? Have the app download the week onto your phone. Then, when you are at sea, with no WiFi or signal, it’s still works. Do you see where we are going here? It’s called making the app useful. Finished my weeklong cruise and the app had no value whatsoever. It’s worthless. Just use the TV and phone in your room. Welcome to 1996.

The updated Holland American app was an excellent redesigned which makes managing your cruise experience easier. A more logical layout for using the app.
