Recent reviews

The app is good on board a ship but absolute trash when using to get what they call Sea Ready. You would think a company that created the fantastic medallion could create an easy to use off ship app. Years of using this app and so many glitches I’ve lost track. So frustrating. For the love of god Princess get it together!!

Bugs and poor design. Appears to be designed by marketing, not with the user in mind. No way to report bugs. The AI generated summary is not accurate, it is not easy to use.
