If I could give this awful app negative a billion stars, I would. Just copy the Royal app. Doesn’t show excursions on plan. Disconnecting problems. Just bad.

The App was difficult and clunky. Before boarding the login rarely works but did work better if using Booking Number and the Manage a booking option instead. On ship issues continued and required working with guest services to even have access once onboard. Prepaying for internet and devices seems to create more problems too and requires help on ship to get actual access unfortunately making it difficult to text or talk to family elsewhere on the ship. Buying 4 devices allows only 3 since your phone will take 2 spots.
