Our family enjoyed having the app on our phone to see our photos . But we try to unplug from Our phones we wish Disney still had printed out maps or schedules.. as an option especially when your trying to plan multiple of things out ..

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It will refresh in the middle of trying to see the day activity list. It is hard to find activities. I had to get a paper version from guest services. You have to click three plus times to get to menu for that night’s dining. You have to click one to two times to get to a description of an activity. The chat feature is ok but the lack of connectivity being recognized by the app when you are clearly on dcl guest WiFi is an issue. Most of the time we had to force close the app and re open due to being stuck on the spinning loading wheel. Did you even test this before launching? The app failing to open was very frustrating. If I have to be on my phone during vacation I want the app to work so I can minimize phone use. Not try to troubleshoot your IT issues while I’m on vacation.
