Features & Capabilities

SQUEGG tracks grip strength for both hands, counts repetitions, and presents progress with graphs. It offers engaging in-app activities and games to improve motor skills and support recovery, usable at home, on breaks, or during commutes.

In addition, a 12-minute isometric hand exercise helps with blood pressure while gamifying the experience. Games like hot dog maker, whack an egg and blast away keep motivation high. You can compete with family and friends while tracking your strength. Learn more at mysquegg.com.

User Reviews

Great piece of hardware. Grip strength assessment seems to correlate well with standard dynamometer though pinch estimates are way off. Still the pinch strength measurements can be useful when kept consistent with the squegg. Good isometric strengthening protocols. Unfortunately only one of the few games is any kind of fun and that one isn’t much of a strength challenge. Very useful tool if you’re looking to track and improve your strength and you don’t mind rote exercise programs

I recommend the Squegg to anyone who has high blood pressure. It has helped bring mine down to normal. I just wish the price hadn’t jumped up!
