App is designed to harvest unnecessary data like date of birth, name, etc. Absolutely disgusting practices.

I was loving using this app and device in my paediatric OT practice until the most recent update. My therapy kiddos loved the Balloon Blaster game, but the graphics and scoring totally changed and not for the better. Previously, the resistance increased with each level. Currently, there are no levels, no accrual of points and no increase in resistance. Additionally, the background music disappears once you start the game. On a different concern, I bought the device myself and recommended my employer purchase one for each of their clinics. My device and the first clinic device have worked great. However, the clinic device purchased more recently only worked for a month. The company readily replaced it, but the replacement device has never worked properly.
