Recent reviews

Do not waste your time with this app. The app has a serious issue with the ticket purchase flow. I selected Plan and Buy, chose a train from Copenhagen to Malmö, and instead of letting me purchase a ticket, the app forced me into a seat reservation only flow. It then redirected me to reserve bike space—even though I wasn’t traveling with a bike—and provided no way to proceed with buying the actual ticket. The workflow is confusing, appears to be broken, and leaves users unable to complete a simple purchase. An app for a national railway should make buying a ticket straightforward, not force users into a dead end.
