However, recurring issues include mandatory use of location sensors for check-in, login/account problems, frequent error messages and buggy check-in flow, concerns about ticket pricing/discounts and loyalty points, and occasional billing inconsistencies (auto-charging, points disappearing).

Recent reviews

They just updated the app and made it worse. You can no longer see a map of where you need to be to get picked up, and the travel overview takes up a lot more vertical space, so you can no longer save the full overview in one screenshot. It also takes more taps to get the info you need. This was an entirely unnecessary update that only made it worse.

app is horrible since the update. My card is never saved even though I have saved it in all possible ways. The booking experience is also horrible now.
