Recent reviews

The app won’t allow a new submission and is forcing an update. I go to update from the app store and the only option is to open. Once I tap open, it sends me back to the app that is forcing an update on an app that is already updated. This is app continues to be horrible.

I have been unable to submit a request through the app because it keeps loading into a white screen during submission. I choose the category, confirm the request, upload images, and when I hit submit, the app remains on a white screen with no way to exit. Please investigate this issue. I have not had trouble submitting through the app previously. When I force-close the app and try to resubmit the request, it shows an error: “Service request Description for service code WWWATER9 is not available.” Sometimes this will present error codes for other areas for service requests. Again, on this screen, there is no way to “Try Again” or naturally exit back to the beginning of the request flow.

Boy, these other reviews aren’t kidding. This is so much harder to use than the last version. It won’t let me pick a place on the map - that’s the whole point!
