User reviews consistently report that Benefits OnLine’s iOS app is unreliable and often unusable. The most repeated issues are login failures, persistent error pages or blank screens, and a largely web-based experience rather than a true native app. Additional complaints include slow performance, an outdated interface, and limited functionality (no easy rebalancing, hard-to-find information, and missing key features). Two-factor authentication problems and generally poor customer support further degrade the experience. Overall, many users find the app a burden and prefer the website.

Recent reviews

This is one of the worse apps I’ve used. They don’t make it easy to find anything and if you have a brokerage account forget it. Even knowing I have to leave the app to do trading, they don’t make it easy. If your company says there switching to this company for your 401k fight it.

When I log in sometimes it gets redirected to my dashboard with no issues, but more often it redirect to Page Not Found and I have to select the Home link to get to my account. But it looks like it’s an old version of the UI.

I’m trying to install this app on my phone and it will not let me it’ll let me open it in the App Store but it won’t go on my phone and I’d like to know why as it’s integrity been compromised?
