New system difficult to access

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. There’s always a different technical problem connecting accounts. I recently closed my checking accounts but did leave my credit card with BOA open. I’ve tried more than 20 times to connect my Chase savings account to make payment. It failed as many times as I tried, redirecting to the Apple Store page every time. I had to go to the bank physically. If this app is not functioning, why bother creating it? Just ask people to go into the bank themselves. Oh btw, the chatbot is as bad. Wish I’d never opened the credit card with them at the first place.
