Stuck on white screen with nothing but separator at bottom

I can receive push notifications normally and Merrill Edge app works fine, but in the main Bank of America app on my iPhone 17e (iOS 26.5, latest version), the Manage Alert settings page has been showing this error for over a month: “We are having a technical problem. Some information on this screen is currently unavailable.”I have tried: • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times • Resetting all notification permissions • Restarting the phone • Clearing cache / full fresh install The same app works perfectly on my older iPhone 11 Pro. This is clearly a compatibility issue with the iPhone 17e. Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s very frustrating that a basic alerts management page is unusable on a current iPhone model.

For months now when signing in I get a blank white screen after sign-in. Deleting and reinstalling fixes is it for a day or two. FaceID seems to make it worse, but the app is usually completely unusable after sign in.
