Key features include tagging transactions with notes and receipt photos, balance alerts, payments, transfers, and mobile check deposits. You can reorder or disable your debit card, view statements, and find branches and ATMs nearby. Security is built in with a 4-digit passcode and biometric login on supported devices. To use the app, you must be enrolled in Bank of Charlotte digital banking—and if you already use Internet Banking, simply log in with your existing credentials.
