Recent reviews

This app isn’t even close to a quality finance app. They should look at the functionality of their competitors and do a complete redesign. Also, the system has been down for about a month due to their data breach, this is totally unacceptable.

Following a security breach and hardly any real communication, the app has been down for a month. I hope my employer finds a better 401(k) provider in the near future as this is unacceptable. The utter lack of communication especially indicating whether or not my personal data is compromised and the timeline for coming back up should be investigated by state and federal regulators.
