Login and verification flows are painful, with repeated prompts and occasional lockouts. Several users compare it unfavorably to Fidelity or Robinhood, noting feature gaps and a reliance on the Bank of America site for trading. A few positives mention information availability and Bank of America integration.

They make it impossible to view or designate your beneficiaries.

Clunkiest interface known to human existence. Why is order status buried? Why is the lag time between menus so slow? When i go to change an order, I have to scroll down as the typing ui hides price. When i edit an order multiple times, i have to hit the back button like 8,000 times to get back to my home page.. like.. WHY CANT I JUST EXIT THE ENDLESS STACK OF ORDER CONFIRMATIONS?!?! Also, you dont get the cash right away when you sell a stock?!?! Takes forever for funds to land. I sold that stock to use funds to buy something else and now i can’t because the opportunity passed and i dont have enough to make my intended trade anymore. IIAXX is sorta a cool idea, but money market rate?! Give us a hysa rate and then it would be actually good. Again, just navigating the app is horrendous, they need to fire whoever made this layout. I moved my brokerage somewhere else a while ago. Thinking about moving my roth ira out of here as well. Trash interface, 0/10 would literally never recommend to a friend
