Very clunky. Way too many clicks before you can execute an order or even check status on the order. In this day and age this app still doesn’t have real time quotes!! We should expect more from. Bank of America, no?

Outstanding customer support

The first things that come up are your BofA bank account and your credit cards before showing your investments. Additionally, the tabs at the bottom are targeted more towards banking than the intended self directed trading platform that Merrill Edge is supposed to be. The bottom used to have a “trade” tab. Not anymore. Now it’s incredibly inconvenient and difficult to find how to navigate to make a trade even when it’s SUPPOSED TO BE A TRADING APP. If I wanted banking, I’d go to the BofA app. The bank is shamelessly forcing banking in some lame attempt to cross sell. All on an app dedicated to trading. I used to have high opinions on the Merrill Edge app. Now it looks like BofA has put their grubby hands into it.
