Recent reviews

They really don’t like refunding money when their machines are faulty. Third time’s a charm, so here is the review. The machines don’t start, yet I have to pay again for the same dryer. You can see the exact time and cycle information by the second on their app, so there is proof of what happened. I used the same dryer all day and waited until the cycle was completely finished. I loaded a new load, and the dryer started with only 12 minutes when it should have been at least 50 minutes. I had to pay again for a full cycle. They said it was my fault and refused to refund me. This has happened with the washers too. They don’t start, and I have to pay again. I have followed all of their steps to report the machines and request service. I have proof of payment and the exact cycle times through the app, but they will do ANYTHING NOT to issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I’ve already wasted a good $20 on machines that don’t work properly. They definitely deserve a bad review.

2 years I have used this app with no issues. One day I have my money taken from a machine that failed, so I request a refund. That refund request of only $2.80 gets denied. How absurdly petty. The prices continue to go up and the machines continue to fail. Yet, when I make my first request it gets denied the same day. Lol. 1 star is too high of a review.
