The app worked fine for the washers. When I tried to use it for the dryers it kept saying “could not find machine; try another one”. None of them were recognized by the app. I had to go get the physical card and add funds to it to finish my wash. The maintenance man in my building said it’s a common complaint. What good is the app if it doesn’t work?

the fact that it needs to be a minimum $10 to top up is insane. i’m changing my laundry place because they still use this useless app. sometimes people just don’t want funds to sits in an app & this app is clearly one of em. also, it’s not like I laundry once every week.
