Recent reviews

App used for laundry service at our condos. The service they provide has been terrible. They have acted as if I was an important customer and 15 days later have done nothing about a very small issue that I would think would be a very simple customer service issue to take care of. Issuing a refund based on their machines inability to do what has been proffered because of their subpar supposed maintenance needs priced costly for me. Customer service line is filled with patronizing staff.
