Lots of crashes using the app. Often times it refuses to let me open a claim and i am forced to restart the app. If it struggles to do a function and has to load for a long time it just crashes. Long photo upload and download times. Also by far my biggest complaint is that the signature screen is so easy for the customer to mess up. If they start their signature swiping too far to the left of the screen they will slide back to the previous page. Once this happens it is impossible for me to hit the button that would take me back to the signature screen. i am forced to hit back again before i can continue to put my notes in again. Then once i finally get back to the signature screen the customer is concerned and/ or annoyed as to why it is taking so long to correct the mistake. Then once they grab hold of my phone again they fat finger something and press one of the icons at the bottom that takes them to a different page again. The signature screen has way too many possible buttons and functions that can accidentally result in leaving the signature screen. The signature screen needs to be more idiot proof because while i know very well how the app functions the customers absolutely do not know the intricate tricks on how to cater to the apps poor user interface. I recommend a pop up any time there is an input to leave the signature screen that requires you to confirm thats what you wanted to do.
