Recent reviews
Technician needs to be able to edit the equipment. Sometimes we don’t always know the correct equipment and need to be able to change it when on site. Right now, our office manager has to change it after I close the call which is just more work. Had numerous issues with putting in meters and it will tell me the threshold is to low or to high, but then I will put 1 above what it says and it won’t take it. I’ve had to go up by 40K just to take the meter. Again, Manager has to go in and change it after the fact. Why does it want me to share my location 24/7? While using the app should be sufficient enough. No one needs to know where I am at night and on the weekends! It stays off on my end completely, but app asks me to change it every log in. Other than these few things, the app absolutely makes it easier to get a call done. Much more efficient. Keep with the updates and fixes and This will be a top tier app! The app works well enough, but it drains my battery quickly. I had to disable location services, and force quit the app so it doesn’t run in the background. It’s a new phone, so it’s not the fault of the battery, it’s the app.

While using this app it constantly freezes and kicks me out of service calls. When trying to dispatch it takes forever for it to let me press the button to continue. Please fix these issues as it affects employees work flow.
