Users repeatedly report severe reliability problems: constant syncing issues, data loss, and crashes, with photos and job details often not saving or syncing properly. The app’s workflow can force workarounds, such as deleting appointments to attach pictures, and performance is slow. While a few see value in eliminating paperwork, these recurring glitches and limited history make the app hard to rely on for field work.

  • Awkward workflow and workarounds required to attach pictures (e.g., deleting an appointment before starting work) due to sync/attachment issues
  • Limited history and poor data capture (short comments, hard-to-find notes, and incomplete records)
Recent reviews
Since the most recent update, the app hard-locks constantly when trying to access the orders tab to finalize a job. Very frustrating when you have a customer standing there and you have to force close and reopen the app half a dozen times to get a signature.
