No text link or button to see all the texts. If you have a text assigned to you to send, then you can see all the texts. But if a customers texts you then there is no way that I found to text them back. Only if I find another task on another customers profile then I click that text and shows me all the texts I sent and received.

I genuinely hope some new CRM comes along and just wipes the floor with you guys. I can’t believe this app is as poorly optimized as it is. Time kills deals, this app is a major time waster.
