Once redirected to website login, is there any reason why user name defaults to first letter as capital and the password defaults to a low case? From user prospective, it would be good to stay consistent in both fields. I see this got fixed!!! Now both defaults to capital, and are inconsistent wit IHSS EVV that defaults both to a low case. Once logged in web part, and using the Timesheet arrow in the upper left corner , the app logs you out. Should it be re-named to LOGOUT? Or ask if I would like to log out at least?

Why do they want providers to use this app? Or have a new clock in policy when the system not working. The clock in and out not even working!!! This is so unprepared. I give up clock in and try to clock out at my recipient location. I’m stress and frustrated of this issue.
