Connected to their agency and available in multiple languages, the app supports electronic visit verification (EVV) with GPS-based clock-in and easy directions to the patient’s home, all while on the move.

Key features include real-time scheduling, case broadcasting for immediate shift alerts, comprehensive visit notes (text, image, and audio), and in-app messaging with the agency. Note: availability excludes Texas, Illinois, and Massachusetts, and an active internet connection (3G/4G/WiFi) is required.

The website loads very slowly and frequently freezes. The app constantly crashes, forcing you to log in again and again. Overall, the software is terrible. POC has far too many unnecessary options, and diagnoses are not transferred automatically, making documentation much more time-consuming than it should be. This site is poorly designed and extremely inconvenient to use. To the developers who created this software: you should go back to school. It feels like you lacked the knowledge and experience needed to build a user-friendly program. I would never recommend this software to anyone. If your agency has the option to use a different program, consider yourself lucky.

I can’t confirm my punch ins and out because the screen is shifted down for whatever reason. This app is already glitchy as it is. Please stop breaking the few things that don’t need to be touched.
