IHSS EVV Mobile App provides a California EVV solution for non-live-in IHSS & WPCS providers. It guides the user to select the recipient, choose check-in or check-out, and indicate whether they are in the home or in the community. The app automatically adds hours to the IHSS timesheet at the end of the workday and captures a start and end location snapshot using Location Services.

Designed for offline use, the app stores encrypted visit data and transmits it when connectivity is available. It complies with the 21st Century Cures Act EVV requirements and does not track the provider during visits, ensuring privacy and security for home care services.

What will it take to fix this app?? One would imagine something that is critically needed and important for one’s employment would’ve been addressed promptly. yet it seems no matter how many complaints people make, they seem to go unheard till this day.
