I have been with outreach for 2 years now and I love it. When I mess up a time or have any questions everyone in the office to the case workers have had my back. I would never give them up. Thank you everybody for your time and help these 3 years.

A couple times I tried clocking in on this app and it completely takes out my clients information and I have to keep calling the company to straighten it out, at this point I would rather go back to paper then use this app

This thing is quirky. Today I can’t log in using biometrics as I always do. Some message flashes by so fast I can’t read it. Managed to snap a screenshot: app “wants to use idp.cloud.hhaexchange.com” and has a Cancel and a Continue button that I can never click. Help bot is useless. Had to reset password. There have been other blips that make using this app a bit painful.
