Recent reviews

I get notifications that I have to update my app to do a video visit so I go to the App Store and there is no update required! It keeps telling me it’s not available and to come back in a few min. Still won’t work and IF (a BIIIIIG IF) it does work-it takes me to the internet and not through the app . This app needs a ton of bugs worked out. There is not another way to do visits with my loved one. This is all they have available on their end. Also-there is no sound notification to alert you when your loved one is contacting you!

Reached out twice to customer service about how to contact inmate, then to get a refund for my deposit because I can’t even contact the inmate so you just took my money and I never hear anything back from customer support. Useless app. Don’t waste your time.
