A built-in movement coach analyzes your posture via your device’s camera and provides real-time feedback to help you perform exercises safely. Clinical studies have shown improvements in physical resilience and health-related quality of life. The app is a medical product intended to support COPD management, not diagnose or replace medical care, with optional Apple HealthKit integration and support by phone or email.
