I have worked for many years as a physiotherapist dealing with adults' musculoskeletal disorders and have educated myself with numerous different courses to increase my understanding of body function, its needs, and the challenges our bodies face in everyday life. Years of client work have created a need for accessible fitness instruction that can be reached anytime, anywhere — and from this need, the idea to develop this app was born. This app is created so that each of us can enjoy diverse movements whenever it suits us best!
