MU Health Care Video Visits is a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth experience that lets you see a U.S. board-certified doctor from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. No appointment or waiting is required—visit anytime with 24/7/365 access, private consultations, and, when appropriate, diagnoses and prescriptions through online visits. It’s designed for when your regular office is closed, you’re too sick or busy, or you’re traveling.

Care is provided through Online Care Group, with providers who have an average of 15 years in primary and urgent care. Eligible patients only need a device with camera and audio; download and launch the video visits app to connect. Visits are encrypted and HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy. If you’re MU Health Care patient, visit notes are sent to your MU provider; non-MU patients’ contact information may be retained to inform you about services. I spoke with Dr. Dyer today about my cold that has turned into a sinus infection. Dr. Dyer provided excellent service and support. From the moment I downloaded the app to being seen took 40 minutes which seems long at first glance. But if you compare that to calling your doctor, setting up an appointment, driving over to the office, filling out the same paperwork and waiting, I think it was relatively quick and saved me time. Would recommend!

Dr Oluwatobi was great! Session was quick, to the point, and seemed accurate. He was very pleasant. Video service was so convenient! I was able to do the visit while getting ready for work- super nice!
