I downloaded this app the other night due to a health scare and some anxiety, and after actually attempting to use it this morning, I’m appalled. After sending in something via the chat window, I’m immediately video called with no warning, given no greeting, and after I can explain the issues I’m facing, the nurse I was speaking with immediately tells me that “based on my symptoms”, I should go to the emergency room, before posting a shockingly long and far more eloquent string of ai-generated text saying the same. The issue though, is the symptoms the nurse spoke about are not ones I even mentioned at all! After telling me to go to the ER immediately, I’m then told that I have “something” at 3pm- it takes great effort to learn that I’ve been assigned an appointment, and when I politely explain that 3pm would not work, and if the appointment is supposed to go along with the ER visit, the nurse asks what time would be better and then IMMEDIATELY closes the chat, so I can’t answer any questions relating to schedule or any of the numerous copy pasted questions sent my way. Awful experience, the next time I have a health scare I’m just going to my nearby urgent care.

Keeps saying “oops something went wrong. Please check the fields and try again later.” Everything I typed in to log in was correct. The app is glitching out when I need care
