Certified clinicians assess needs, provide treatment plans, and may write prescriptions when appropriate. Follow-up care should be coordinated with your primary care physician. This is a covered benefit for eligible MVP members (upon renewal). Note: Telehealth is not for emergencies; call 911 if needed. If you use Apple Health, you can share health data with the provider during visits.

I woke up with a sore throat. I made an appointment for an urgent care telemedicine visit, making the appointment in the app was so easy and I had a doctor speaking with me within 3 minutes, he was empathetic and polite! Excellent experience! My symptoms were minor so I the visit was completed in under 5 minutes and I had needed medication sent to my pharmacy immediately.
