I enjoy these workouts. I can feel the different muscles he concentrates on in each exercise. I will repeat this one to strengthen the smaller muscle groups.

I actually love the app and iFIT. However not having smart adjust on iPhone is a breaker. I do have an iPad but of course iPad doesn’t allow you to pair with Apple Watch. My galaxy s24plus allowed me to use smart adjust. Basically Apple is trash and ruins this app for me
