I’ve checked out lots of exercise apps and videos but none come close to Fitforever for combing educational and hands on experience. Having expert trainers constantly demonstrating and coaching proper body mechanics and helping us understand how our bodies function makes all the difference. The ‘today’s fit’ program algorithm and huge video library guide you and take care of choosing what kind of workout to do every week so you get comprehensive selective training without the risk of overtraining which you would likely do if you tried to create your own program.
