BGE’s free mobile app gives residential and business customers a secure, on-the-go way to access account information from a smartphone or tablet. Manage more than one account, sign in with a fingerprint or stay signed in, and report outages while staying up-to-date on restoration status with the outage map.

Key features include paying your bill, viewing your bill and balance, reviewing account activity, and managing AutoPay and Budget Billing. You can view usage data and trends, compare bills, forecast your bill, set alerts for outage status and payment reminders, and even report outages without signing in. The app also supports PeakRewards Device Management.
