Most reviews are negative due to reliability and pricing concerns. A minority praise the app for easy in-app bill payment and access to usage details. Recent reviews

Power goes out, attempt to report it on a cell connection. App is clunky and over heavyweight- like think about the use case. When someone is reporting an outage, it’s over wireless. Your app can’t be a bloated piece of garbage (it is). Just attempted to report an outage (the only thing I’d use this app for), and it crashes when attempting to do so. How about you invest some of the record breaking revenue into this not being an embarrassing dumpster fire.

The app moves extremely. Doesn’t matter if your on WiFi or on Mobile Data it take minutes to load. That’s just the home page. I hope you have time to wait and make a payment because the page is going to take even longer.
