User Reviews

Overall, reviews show Navigate eReader 2.0 is unreliable and hard to use. The most frequent issues are crashes (launching books and updates), login/authentication problems, unreliable page navigation (skipping pages), slow or unavailable text-to-speech, and limited note-taking/highlighting. Many users also cite online-only access and content loading issues. A small minority report the app works fine or that chapter slides/outlines are somewhat useful. The sentiment is predominantly negative, with stability and usability concerns dominating.
Pros
  • Some users report the app works with no issues.
  • Chapter slides and outlines are useful for studying.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes or instability when launching books or updating content.
  • Login/authentication problems, including inability to sign in or use codes, and inconsistent cross-device login.
  • Unreliable page navigation: pages skip, cannot reach exact pages, and poor scrolling behavior.
  • Text-to-Speech (TTS) is slow and lacks speed controls or adjustable playback.
  • Limited highlighting/notes: no dedicated notes section, copying is restricted, and highlight removal may malfunction.
Recent reviews
It’s a decent BASIC eReader app. It does have text-to-speech/immersive reader, but no way to adjust playback speed. That would be a really helpful feature.

Navigating my textbooks in this app is useless and impossible. Anytime I try to advance to the next page, it skips 1, 3, or even 7 pages. Such a waste of my time.
