When the flow does work, filing a claim is often impossible or extremely time-consuming due to repeated errors. Additional concerns include delays in processing, high claimed fees, and dissatisfaction with support. A minority request features like dark mode. Overall, reliability and user experience are major pain points.

brand new account and password is not working. Requested reset code 3 times get the code tells me it’s invalid. I can see we’re off to a great start here.
