Initiating a charge for an electric car through the app has been broken for several years. If you’re lucky, the car might actually start charging, but this fact is reflected in the app approximately 0% of the time. Which means your rental is stuck in a broken state, repeatedly asking you to confirm the car is charging and failing. I have to call customer service every, single, time. Luckily, they’re always extremely nice and very helpful!
