I booked a car 7 days in advance, for a daytrip. I requested a Jeep for 5 people, gas. Instead, they brought a Fiat 500 for 4 people, electric. They told me they didn’t have my car available. I had to rearrange the whole trip, find another car for the other person, find electric chargers along the route… On top of that, the car I booked included unlimited mileage. The one they brought didn’t. So now i have to pay extra due to their lack of planification. They gave me a 20€ credit, which is useless because obviously i will NEVER use this service again.

Made an account and tried to reserve a car wouldn’t allow me to reserve it then found an car and tried to pay for while at the car didn’t allow me to pay/start it called customer service 4 times and nobody never answered. Wouldn’t recommend renting from Free2Move
