Recent reviews

This app provides no real time customer support so if you can’t unlock the car or have an emergency due to the app glitching, you’re stuck! Instead you have to send an email and wait for days! I couldn’t connect to WiFi after parking in a garage and I spent an hour trying to figure out how to get the car unlocked. Also, they are supposed to reimburse for gas but the reimbursement request button is conveniently disabled. I emailed them weeks ago and they’re ignoring me. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is deliberately unresponsive and opportunistic.
