Recent reviews

I have been a loyal Zipcar customer for a long time, but my most recent experience was unacceptable. I rented a car only to discover that the air conditioning wasn’t working. Driving in the summer heat without AC is simply not reasonable. When I contacted customer support, instead of helping resolve the issue, I was blamed for the problem. To make matters worse, I was also charged an outlandish low-fuel fee. Between the poorly maintained vehicle and the disappointing customer service, this experience has completely eroded my trust in Zipcar. I will not be using Zipcar again, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience.

horrific experience. I booked a car and it wasn't available when I got there. I have friends who have had similar experiences. customer service is useless
